1 star is too much to rate this unprofessional company. Dealing with Rapid Pools being the worst experience during the building of my new home. Wonderful promises made before the deposit is paid and then you face the well known SLA copy and pasted over and over on each email you receive. Impossible to get hold of and when you do - well attitude name calling and fake promises is what you get. Read all the reviews - Do your research - You cannot build a quality pool professionally when your price is R10 000 below the average. Do not fall in the trap and loose your money.
Building a new house is stress-full and costly but who would have thought the pool will cause the biggest headache of it all. We experienced the worst customer experience and according to some other clients we were lucky by stopping the process just in time. Possibly my full deposit lost but no more sleepless nights for me. Do proper research people, do not ignore the warning signs and get a few reviews before doing business - a tough lesson learned for any future project we might take on.
An Employee of this company was placed in my rental townhouse on the companies name. The company cancelled the contract 3 months early - The employee has the worst credit record ever and damaged my property - Dissapeared leaving me without a tennant for 3 months October rent lost and damage cost to fix my unit. +/- R32 000 damage i now need to fork out somewhere. Please people- never go into contract with this Company

Well this is not the agent you want for that .... </p> <p> </p> <p>Tennants was granted occupancy of my townhouse without deposit or 1st months rent being paid. Exactly the reason I opted to work through a renting agent. Well or so i thought ....</p> <p> </p> <p>Tennants given notice - so now my townhouse is empty - no deposit to fix any damages - and the search for new tennants start again..</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont try to report or complain either - management in PE dont reply on emails and when you phone you will receive a reply tomorrow - which also never happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unprofessional and dont have a care about their clients - sorry fixes everything..!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Get a proper Agent people - and be warned ...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
