FNB NAV CAR SERVICE
The FNB NAV Car services is the worst, this department will actually land you in jail with a criminal record! I have been waiting for my car license disk since Oct 2020 and to date no concrete feedback Nothing! Instead I was provided with wrong contact details to reach the team if by luck I get someone to escalate to, they give me a reference number saying they have logged an escalation. It is pathetic!

Misleading information for capital gain!
We applied for a building loan with FNB and this turned to be a complete rip-off ! No one cares to explain or provide guidelines to this robbery of a scheme and how one qualifies for the progress payments. Our approach to the bank was to help fund for the shortfall after building the house cash, now bank when is supposed to pay progress payments they refer one to build till 68% of an amount they worked out because it is 'viable ' for their business else they don't look at the tender! Only now after paying legal and their own fees and going through rigorous vetting process one is told that the monies cannot be released until the required % progress. My question is that why would I need a loan when I might as well just build the house cash??? When I am told I can only get the progress payment when I am almost 100% done building the house! this is a complete daylight robbery - so now, I am donating interest to FNB when I asked for them meet me half-way. Why would anyone want to do that FNB!!!! FNB train your staff right - now if one wants to cancel you charge cancellation fees!!!

BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE
LODGED A CASE WITH THE FIRM AND STILL NOT RESOLVED, NOW ON THE 3RD ATTORNEY AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION AND NO SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY! . BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE AND NO SENSE OF RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS!
