I have bought a bunch of 30L urn from totally home and one of their retailers, Westpack. When myself and customers tested the urns, they could not take 23L of water to the top. I phoned Mahesh who basically said its not his problem and he will not rectify it.
DHL is one of the biggest courier companies in the world, that is probably why they do not give a rat's behind about customers. I bring in yeast from the USA all the time through UPS and i have only had excellent service from them. DHL on the other hand every time I bring in goods from the USA with the correct papers always take days before they even make contact, then you send proof of payment, then a week later you follow up and they say they have not received proof of payment even though you send it to the correct email addresses. doesn't anyone know what is going on in that company?
