DO NOT BUY from Hey Gorgeous - NO ORDER FULFILMENT
DO NOT BUY from Hey Gorgeous. Like other people here I ordered products online and I have not received them. I tried calling Hey Gorgeous multiple times, but you just get the voice mail. I left a message, no one called me back. I've sent two emails to different addresses, nobody has responded. Something is very wrong with this business.

******* Quality | Vizia Mini DC UPS
I bought the Vizia Mini DC UPS on 14 Jan 2021. It stopped charging after 2 years. The expected life span for the batteries is advertised as 6-8 years. I complained to Vizia and they sent me a replacement which has now too packed up within the first hour of a 2.5 hour load shedding session. The replacement lasted 8 months. Clearly the Vizia UPSs are of a poor quality. Together the original and the replacement UPSs have not even lasted for half the time Vizia said they would. A poor product and untruthful advertising.
