Not great Value.... good tech, bad parts....
My kettle is just over 1 year old, the water flap on the spout broke off. Support says "wear and tear". I used a Russel Hobbs for 5 years before it showed "wear and tear". Not a great buy if you are looking for quality appliance to last years.

Caused fire incident that nearly set the entire house on fire
I had a Vizia Mini DC UPS for Wifi 57000mWh which I bought 12 October 2021. In March this year, I noticed the backup supply did not work anymore during load shedding. I opted to buy another one, last Friday 23/05 the new unit blew up leading to a fire incident. Thankfully the fire was contained, would have been a different story. I am still curious on why the unit blew up. The sockets and plugs where it was plugged were still intact and no power tripping happened

Great Customer Feedback
Been looking to get smart wi-fi switches and not knowing the difference between them all. The Vizia Tech team have been outstanding in assisting me understand the difference as well as the options they have available

I bought the Vizia Mini DC UPS on 14 Jan 2021. It stopped charging after 2 years. The expected life span for the batteries is advertised as 6-8 years. I complained to Vizia and they sent me a replacement which has now too packed up within the first hour of a 2.5 hour load shedding session. The replacement lasted 8 months. Clearly the Vizia UPSs are of a poor quality. Together the original and the replacement UPSs have not even lasted for half the time Vizia said they would. A poor product and untruthful advertising.

Viziatech WiFi UPS barely outlasts warranty period
I purchased a Vizia WiFi UPS from Takealot in June 2021. Initially it worked OK, certainly not the claimed 5 hours but just enough to cover a 2.5hr loadshedding period. However after owning the unit for a year and a half it now barely lasts for an hour with only a WiFi router attached to it. No additional devices or phones charging. It wasn't the cheapest option at R1400, and with a 32,000mwh rating I expected a lot more. Going by a lot of other reviews Vizia seem to manufacture their devices to only last as long as the warranty period which is a great shame, and as others have mentioned extremely wasteful. This has put me in a difficult situation with no spare money to purchase a new unit and loadshedding on the rise. Contacting Viziatech via their website has so far been fruitless. I really cannot recommend Viziatech products.

False advertising, useless UPS.
What a disappointing product. Bought a UPS for my wifi router. Worked well initially. It's been just over 2 months since buying it. It does not even last an hour anymore. False advertising, as they claim it lasts for 10 hours. Save yourself, don't buy this product.

Great service by Viziatech.
I bought a Android box in Sept 2019 at Takelot , the box is serviced by Viziatech. I had a few questions through time and my emails were always answered quickly and to the point. In Late July 2022, nearly 3 years later, the box would not work any more, and when I contacted Viziatech they offered to send me a brand new Android box for free, I just had to pay the courier fee. Well I was very surprised because this type of service I did not think existed. Thank you Viziatech...you guys rock!
