I have been with Mweb since the previous century but never experienced such bad service. I had to get an IT person out to my house to reconfigure my Outlook at home after they started with this new Webmail and Antispamcloud as I was completely cut off from my emails..Then I had to learn myself now how this new Antispamcloud thing works as I could not get through to Mweb on phone or via the app. It seems to me that they ventured into this new mail without thinking it through properly. My biggest problem now is the fact that I keep getting spam in my Inbox with note "The sender of this email cannot be verified"....it is definitely spam but in goes in my Inbox?. And no matter how I many times I block mails, tomorrow there is another 5 or more! And tehre is NOBODY that I can speak to.....mweb really made a *****up of this. It really seems like as soon as I block a sender, such sender gets notified to send more Spam!
Since Android 12 my phone is automatically deleting some of my contacts weekly and then I have to restore the deleted contacts again. This is happening to many of the Samsung users, we are complaining via the official Samsung Community website BUT we get NO help or reply. I have been to quite a few Samsung Help desks around my city but nobody can help. So after 20 years I will definitely be looking for another phone company...Samsung service sucks..
I bought a Android box in Sept 2019 at Takelot , the box is serviced by Viziatech. I had a few questions through time and my emails were always answered quickly and to the point. In Late July 2022, nearly 3 years later, the box would not work any more, and when I contacted Viziatech they offered to send me a brand new Android box for free, I just had to pay the courier fee. Well I was very surprised because this type of service I did not think existed. Thank you Viziatech...you guys rock!
I sent a direct message to Mtn on their facebook page on 6 June as follows: “Good day. I use to get a sms every month to tell me how much my account has been credited with for the new month Last one received was 2 April..has this stop now or what? I also contacted them directly on facebook. They just say sorry we will comeback to you. I went to a Mtn store and from there we queried Mtn twice! I received a ref no 1- ********** 6747. WE asked them from the store…I asked them on Mtn website…I asked them on Twitter…today 9 July and still NO Reply! Nobody at Mtn is interested to help…but they take my money. Please also have a look at all the unanswered queries on facebook…there are people with bigger problems than mine…no response. Well this is the worst service I have ever received. Shame on you Mtn…
