My kettle is just over 1 year old, the water flap on the spout broke off. Support says "wear and tear". I used a Russel Hobbs for 5 years before it showed "wear and tear". Not a great buy if you are looking for quality appliance to last years.
I was suprised at how dirty the bathroom was. The room needs maintenance (painting, skirtings are chipped and over all in need of refreshing). The bathroom however was disgusting, with mould in the shower and in all the corners of the bathroom. The bed was rock hard with stale smelling pillows. Disappointing since the overall quality of the hotel was always exceptional. Mailed them without response, even included photo's. Mildew cleaner and a once a month deep clean will do you good.
I bought my IDream Mattress in 2018. Shortly after purchase it started sagging quite substantially, but not in the middle of the bed. I have mailed so many times but do not meet the "sagging" criteria. My mattress is now completely collapsed on the sides and still no assistance. I have mailed and been promised that the supplier will contact me but to date there is still no response. The mattress is lovely and super plush, BUT it is not great quality despite the price.
Logged a call 2 weeks ago to change my cell number on the app and attempted at a kiosk. 2 weeks, no response......
Aramex has a package which I am battling to trace. There is almost no movement on the tracking updates. On Thursday I waited 6 hours on WhatsApp chat for a response, then received a generic "it is in transit" response. On friday I waited 9 hours on WhatsApp chat and no response till now (Monday morning). A package was dispatched with Buffalo on the same day as the one from Aramex and received a week ago already. I think Aramex uses lame excuses "it is detained at customs" since we never have that problem on Buffalo. Someone really needs to sort out their customer service. You wait hours on the phone and no response on their WhatsApp line. Bad bad service. Tracking number 35326797682
Pudo is so bad they don't even respond to complaints about them....
I have had horrible service from Pudo. I booked a locker for someone to drop off an item. The person ****med me and didn't show up. I sent an email to Pudo BEFORE the locker expired and they refused to refund me. I had to go back and forth with a RUDE agent named William Matsimba who gave me one line answers and would not refer me to his manager. When I called in the manager told me they cannot cancel and refund a locker for my specific reason. Yes, I 100% called them ******* and hung up. Where in the world can you not cancel a locker before it expires and not get your money back????? Massive money making scheme. Any other courier will let you cancel collection and credit your account. I really cannot see why anyone uses PUDO. Feeling very upset at being ****med and conned out of courier money. Sies.
Cell C, the most shocking service. I have been attempting for over a month now to get my number reactivated so I can port it to a provider who actually provides service. 1) Cell C store Loch Logan Bloemfontein, their staff are rude, lazy and incompentent. I actually made a recording of them trying to chase me out of their store when I took my phone out to record how they were speaking to me. The "manager" was lying against the wall, eating something and browsing her phone. The 2 consultants tasked with "helping me" were so in a hurry to get me to call the call centre they literally told me to try Vodacom to help me port a number. 2) After traumatic experience in store, got hold of someone at Call Centre who assisted me beautifully, for the 1st week.... now I get the run around and after 3 weeks of constantly mailing and calling, no help. They tell me they can't get hold of me despite no missed calls from them, but they don't answer my mails. Cell C, what is wrong? Why can you not deliver basic service? Why are you employing people in your stores who CANNOT and DO NOT want to work with people? Are your systems so broken that you cannot resolve queries that come in?
We had a terrible experience with this agency. We were made to feel like low-lifes and spoken to very rudely. I recommend keeping away from them if you are looking for someone professional. Horrible experience that gave us a sleepless night. She spoke to us like naughty children.
