AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They are a total ****. They take your money and run. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
This gym is quite possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire career. I have never had to jump through so many hoops to get someone to simply phone me back let alone get into the gym to actually use the facilities. This all started when Happy (the most USELESS worker on the face of this planet, which is saying a lot) promised us to freeze our account due to us moving to Durban from JHB. He promised it would be as simple as going to the Durban gym and just reactivating it. 3 months later and absolutely no call back from Happy or Planet Fitness and we had to cancel the subscription to re-sign up in Durban. Paying the full activation amount. This was done on the 27th of May, it is now the 31th of May and we still haven't received a tag or been able to use the gym (although being told Happy will activate it the next day) Upon calling Happy on the 30th he promised to activate the account and get back to us at 12 the next day. 12:10 I had to phone him to find out he was on lunch, 13:20 I called back and got hold of the most useless employee on earth who was full of excuses. Apparently his other department is 2 hours away and Planet Fitness wait for their clients to phone their sales people back. Great customer service. Happy's attitude is appalling and this gym clearly doesn't want clients.
