Garden Route MAN Port Elizabeth
One star is too much. If I can rate -5 stars I would. Absolute bunch of ***********, untrained, unprofessional new part fitters. There are no proper mechanics at MAN. Had my truck at MAN East London, MAN George and MAN Port Elizabeth. 5 visits and they could not get my truck fixed. Thousands of rands in bills, hours of downtime and several parts later, truck was still not fixed. They eventually quoted me R450 000, yes, four hundred and fifty thousand rand, to fix the gearbox that's faulty (according to them). I got quotes for a low mileage second hand box, and was quoted R150 000. Phoned the manager at MAN in PE, and he told me that's their price on their system to fix the box, take it or leave it. Then I got a 3rd party involved, that specializes in this ZF Traxion boxes, and it cost me R43 000! Not even a ⅒ of what MAN quoted me, and my truck is fixed! To get back to MAN, there is absolutely no support and feedback from the jellyfish of an owner, Allan, that made promises that they will take full responsibility should the truck broke down again after the first bill of R42 000, as they have a reputation and name to protect. Once you pay, all that promises are gone! I had to pay the tow truck, call out and breakdown after informing them that the truck indeed broke down again and that the modules I paid for didn't fix the problem. They are out to take people's money. Don't do business with them.

Morgan Nissan Northcliff... the best!
Absolutely the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Jacques, the sales guy that assisted me with buying my new vehicle gave me service that is on a next nevel. Tracey, the F&I went out of her way to get my deal approved and finalized. The other car dealerships, including Webuycars can come and learn from this people. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jaffe's Ford Worcester
Dishonest sales and sales manager. I am from the Eastern Cape and bought this vehicle online thinking that I am buying from a Ford dealership and that there is no need to worry about them hiding stuff and not being honest. Well, it turned out that I was wrong! I asked them to send me pictures and videos and confirm if there is anything wrongful with the vehicle and especially if the vehicle was involved in an accident or if there is any paintwork on the vehicle. They told me no! The vehicle was also advertised as immaculate! When I took delivery of the vehicle I immediately noticed the paintwork. As it was 19:30 the evening and having bad rain, I drove the vehicle back to the Eastern Cape. The following day when cleaning the vehicle I noticed all the paintwork. Except for the doors and roof, the vehicle was a complete respray! The bonnet was also pulled straight from underneath, possibly repairing dents or damages. I phoned the sales guy and sales manager and they admitted that they had the vehicle painted and repaired by a local panelbeater in Worcester! They refused to have the vehicle properly repaired and said they will rather cancel the deal. I asked them to find me another vehicle from another Ford dealership and they said no, they are not getting me another vehicle! I lost all my expenses getting the vehicle to the Eastern Cape and one months insurance money. Very disappointed in this dealership!

Business Needs Online
Very poor service. Not keeping you updated regarding the registration process as promised and definitely not keeping promises as far as turnaround time. They promise customers to have business registered within 3 to 5 days. Today is day 8 and only received a tracking number today. Do not use this company.

CAPITEC. WORST BANK EVER.
Worst bank in the WORLD, not only in SA. Stopped my account due to apparent ***** suspicion. Didn't inform me at all. No message. No email. No phone call. Had to make affidavits and sent proof of payment with emails to their forensic and ***** department. Told me the case is closed and will have access to my account shortly as they are reinstating my account. 3 days later and still no access to my account. No help from ***** and forensic department. Telling me the person working with my case are off duty and their manager are on leave until the 4th. PATHETIC. Do not bank with this people. The are the *****sters taking and holding your money without your consent or knowledge.
