I recently went over to mweb because telkom is to expensive for me. I had an 2mb/s uncaped internet with telkom. Now i want to cancel the internet and keep the line so that mweb can work. I phoned the call centre and the lady put me through to the retention dept where Kaylen assisted me. So I gave him my details to cancel the internet and keep the line. He told me the system is offline and as soon as it is up again he would cancel and sort it out for me. Nothing was done about it and i received a bill of R1400. I am furious about the poor service I'm receiving from Telkom. Can someone please assist me with this matter and open my line again.
My adsl line is off now since the 20th last month. So I mailed the ethics dept and they said they would escalate it to the right dept. It's been almost a week and no one has contacted me. What is going on with telkom??????
So I have done my trade test in April 20th and now 6 weeks later I went back to fetch my results with my trade certificate only to find out they want my school certificate to apply for my red seal. What does my school certificate have to do with my trade certificate? Then they told me after applying for my trade cert it would take 3 to 6 months? This is BS!!! I want answers from Ndlela ASAP
