My Car started jerking after a while after a service. I took a gap and drove to Subaru Modderfontein and asked Mario if they can have a look. He put his best man on the job and i just cannot recall his name but he started the car and drove it streight into the workshop. 20 min later i drove out there problem solved. I must commend them and especially that knowledgable mechanic. Mario knows who it is. Thank you guys. As always outstanding service.
I just need to mention this business exceptional customer care. At 22H00 the evening i whatsapp them from the site and immediately i got a response and in a few minutes later i received the invoice and i could pay and next day it was dispatched. Guys keep it up your service was amazing.
I just want to commend Aimee Perera for going the extra mile. After the delivery company messed us and never delivered my heaters she got in her vehicle and done it all by herself. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and i just want to tell her CEO that this is the caliber people you need in your company. Thank you so much.
I have reported my washing machine that just went dead. The call centre promised 3 days and it will be sorted. They do not get back to you. I phoned again and they said they will come back no one got back. I email again and the last answer was they cannot get hold of the service people. Really. ??? I am seriously thinking in getting rather other brands. How pathetic service.
We were all very exited when fiber arrived in our area and we were bombarded by Vodacom staff to sell to us the subscription. I was skeptical due to the bad service they give Vodacom cell lines but they convinced me they are better. Now a few months down the road it got worse and worse up to such a point where i get a download speed of .5 instead of 10mb/s. I spend hours on the phone. i send mails i open calls and they just get closed with no one contacting me. Tonight i had a person on their support line telling me that she will reset the router and she told me to restart and all that still did not help. She then said i must send them a e-mail with the test results. I said i done that so many times but my mails comes back with a status that the call were closed. I just think that it is absolutely pathetic that a major company like Vodacom cares so little about their customers. Maybe social media should be called in or even Carte Blanche. We as the public just gets abused left right and Centre but they want their money on the end of the month.
I applied 9 days ago for a simm only contract. 1st i was told i do not qualify. I go to 3 credit rating agencies and they said it cannot be credit related as i have avery very good score. I was then told there was a network related problem in vodacom. Still waiting. I think they becoming like Telkom. It is seriously unbelievable as i just want my prepaid to become a contract. But i cannot get anything out of Vodacom in particular the company called just call in Meyerton
I have applied with them in Meyerton and i select a SIM only to change from a PrePaid to a Contract. I done all the forms handed in all the documents that is needed. They the NEVER got back to me. I kept on sending mails and eventually i get a email stating i am not approved. I tried to ask why but he just said the management did not approve. For me it seems that if you take a deal with a device you might be assisted. I am YET to hear why i cannot get the number setup as a contract line.
