An unauthorised debit deduction was taken off my cheque account for the amount of R2000 in May with regards to a personal loan. I then spoke to a call center agent and explained that I have made a payment of R525 on the 25 June and will make the payment then monthly. I then again received a statement - stating that I have 2 years and 7 months remaining to pay off the loan and that the basic payment that needs to R 247.00. <br> <br> I have once again called the call center and was informed that they will keep on deducting until a proper arrangement has been made. I think it is terrible service that today another deduction was made of R760 off my cheque account after I made the payment of R525 for July which would relate to 2 months repayment dates as per statement received on the 23rd May 2015. I have budgeted for this month and made a double payment as per the statement amount received. <br> <br> Can someone please contact me and inform me how the money can be repaid that was double deducted?<br> I have now made a new arrangement but would want the extra deduction to be credited back into my account, which as the call center agent did not make notes when a call was done.
