I bought E/B black EDT for R420.00 with a 30% discount. The till slip shows 30% of ' R84' - wich is a 20% discounted amount. Tge 30% should be R126.00 When I called and logged a complaint that the amount and calculation is fruadulantly calculated, I was told by Dalene Solomons from their Head office that they cannot refund my account and that I have to come back to get the difference. I told her that I'm not planning on driving there and loose more money on petrol. Or I can take my rewards card and slip to a Clicks for points. This is clearly fraud as customers does not calculate the % discount on each item. I expect a clear reason for this calculation and money plus interest to be paid to my account which I provided on my email
I have never experienced such pathetic service We bought a gas geyser from Fennels less than a year ago and having problems ever since. Everytime it has to go back and they replace parts!! On a 'new' geyser The service from Derek is non existing. Not even to mention the amount of water we have used testing it everytime it comes back I will never recommend them to anyone
I ordered online and paid in Apri for 2 pairs of boots which showed in stock. I then received an email to say that only 1 pair is available I then asked to be refunded for the 1 pair I'vebeen asking for my refund since April and still waiting. Lee-Ann now tells me to phone their finance department Please help to get my refund which is over R400!!! Most pathetic online service
