The service at Cummins generator is nothing short of shocking. People tell you send emails and then will get back to you, NOHING. You phone, they say they will get back to you! NOTHING They can not even find their own generator controllers on their system. Nothing short of shocking! If it was not for the specific part I am looking for I would not even bother with them. But from the other messages on this site, looks like I am not the only one.
Placed and order last tuesday the 28th April. Now May 7th and parcel still has not been collected. Excuse is that the driver did not manage because he ran out of time. The problem this is for every single day! One would think that, those they missed the day before would become priority the next day? Well clearly not!
Still waiting for my washing machine to be fixed. Two months on. Lovely service department.
Almost two months now and still neither of my two washing machines have been fixed even when the maintenance company said they were coming through because they had sourced the spares, they simply did not show. No phone call, no feedback NOTHING!!! Lovely service!!!

Macro Care, extended warranty programme is a joke. It was been more than a month and my two washing machines are still not fixed. One is apparently still waiting for spare parts, and the other still they have not assigned a technician to. How difficult can it be. And sorry to say this is not the first time. Extended warranty is not worth the paper it is written on if it take months to fix a machine that breaks down. WHat are poeple to do in the interim? Ref: 3356390
