When purchasing everyone is available until two out of the three vehicles started leaking all of a sudden Josh is busy and kept me on hold for over an hour trying to get hold of nameless Dealer Principal/Sales Manager Manfreddp@grp1.co.za and Service Manager Aftersalesm@grp1.co.za that recommend that I put silicone on the car and they can accommodate me “do me a favour” only the following day. I even reached out to MAHINDRA Head Office +27 (12) 661-3161Nicolleen whom made promises and yet had to call back three days later to remind her of the promises made. @MAHINDRA SA, not to sure if this is a common problem as it happened to two vehicles at the same and or @Group1 the hiding behind desks is the moto for your service level.
Today I just got reminded of the term World Class Service really means from from Riaz @Dada Motors Potchefstroom. This gentleman unders who keeps the doors of any business open “Service” to clients, after many years of buying cars, he just became my #No-1. I would drive two hours any day for such SERVICE. Thank you Riaz !!!!!
Be extra careful when making purchases from these guys, most especially if you are financing in house, they will charge you stupid things that even they themselves can’t make sense of, they had a car advertised for 7 months with different pictures and different prices, but the purchase amount is completely different from the advertised.
<p>On Friday evening I went to four different major stores namely the Spar, 2 x Pick & Pay stores and Checkers trying to purchase an E-Tag and none of them had stock until I decided to go the the E Toll shop in Menlyn Park, upon my arrival I spoke to a lady by the name of Fifi and mention to her that I would like to purchase 2 x E Tags without even asking whether they were for myself she asked for my ID & vehicle details, I then explained its not for me. She told that she cannot sell the units and I must go to either CNA, Checkers or Pick & Pay in the mall to purchase them, which I did, only to find out that they also do not have stock and did not for some time. I then went back o the E-Toll shop and told them that none of the stores they refferes me to have stock as well as the ones I tried before coming to them, then Fifi's colleague by the name of Paulinah intervined and told me to either register or try all the shops in Pretoria to find the Tags as I am the one looking for them. I asked to speak to the Manager then a Supervisor by the name of Steven Itsweng was called and I told him that I am urgently looking for the Tags, he said he does not sell them and only registers them, I asked the diffrence between the ones they keep in stock and the ones at retailers and he could not tell me the difference.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I was stuck at an E-Toll shop that could not sell me tags, and till this date I do not know where to go to purchase. I tried their website and still no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>My greatest concern is how do you get staff and management that cannot assist clients instead give them attitude and that becomes business as ussual. I had a problem to purchase a unit and went to the supplier that gave me a bigger problem which is no information.</p>
