Went to the service department on 28/10/2015. I phoned a while ago to ask if they could check on my vehicle why the engine light came on on my Proton vehicle. They told me that it is something small and they could rectify it for me quickly, must just bring in my car at anytime and it would not take long. When I went there on the 28th the service manager told me that they cant help me and I had to make an appointment to help me a week from now. I tried to explain to him that a drove a far distance to get to them and could not come again soon to the dealer and surely it wont take long to check on the light that came on since that was what I was told over the phone. He just told me he cant help me and I must make an appointment for a later time. I want to speak to a person higher up and he just told me there is no one else that I can talk to.<br> I cant believe his attitude and lack to assist me and I felt once you bought a vehicle from them they don't care about after service. I regret buying a Proton vehicle.
