<p>We requested a new panel for our shower at the start of November 2016 after builders broke the one panel. Shower Planet then came and collected the remaining panels to have a new panel cut that will fit. At the start of December, we we informed that the suppliers broke/lost the remaining intact panel and they would have to come and measure again and replace an extra panel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then in January (2 months after original request), we were informed that they have to come and measure again, which they did. Installation was booked for 8 February 2017. They get there and the holes are cut on the wrong place. This is now 3 months after original request just to replace one shower panel. I call Shaun and he promises me that they have the right measurements now (after I asked him multiple times whether they want to come and measure again to make 100% sure). 17 February 2017 they arrive to install, and again the glass was cut wrongly! This is now over 3 months after original request to replace one panel on our shower, and still no working shower. And the sad thing is I can't even ask for my money back, as it was only one panel that was quoted for and needed to be replaced at the onset, which now turned into 2 panels to be replaced due to utter incompetence on Shower Planet's side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away from them at all costs if you value your sanity.</p>
