I would definitely not recommend Shower Planet. Paid the deposit for the shower door on 25 Jan 2024 and was promised installation on 5 February 2024. I had people moving in on the 8 February 24. It still has not been installed. This non delivery has caused me huge inconvenience and great difficulty. Till today no communication regarding delay. I keep calling and they promise to call back and don't. I still don't know when or if it is going to be installed at all. i have asked them to cancel my order and refund my deposit if they cannot deliver. Have had no response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!

Pathetic service, no sense of customer satisfaction. A day after the shower was installed 23 Apr 22 before use we noticed that the strip on the floor was not straight and the door could not close. Stephen disputed my claim without even assessing my claims. 3 days after he sent his installers without contacting me and they straightened the strip in my absence, upon inspection the shower door could only close properly only 3/4 top part could attach and right to the bottom it can't attach to the magnet on the vertical strip. Perhaps they do not have a leveler if they do have then they do not know how to use it. I will not recommend Shower Planet to anyone. Mamponeng Miners

Not recommended, very poor and unprofessional installation. Had to get another installer to finish the shower installation as Stephen could not get right after three visits. Also damaged property during the installation.

Expected a shower of 2000mm high but when it arrived it was 1850mm. When Stephen King arrived to take the final measurement he did *not* speak to me and instead spoke to the contractor. After he left the contractor confirmed that Stephen said the shower will be 2000mm high. However, on the quote the measurement was hidden on page 3 of the quote as 1850mm. Since I was misinformed, and neglected to check the quote (all good faith and the like), I "accepted" the quote. Of course customer satisfaction isn't important to I'm simply told "You accepted the quote". Had Stephen King bothered to speak to me this unpleasant situation could have been avoided. I was literally 5 meters in my home office at the time he was here!

<p>We requested a new panel for our shower at the start of November 2016 after builders broke the one panel. Shower Planet then came and collected the remaining panels to have a new panel cut that will fit. At the start of December, we we informed that the suppliers broke/lost the remaining intact panel and they would have to come and measure again and replace an extra panel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then in January (2 months after original request), we were informed that they have to come and measure again, which they did. Installation was booked for 8 February 2017. They get there and the holes are cut on the wrong place. This is now 3 months after original request just to replace one shower panel. I call Shaun and he promises me that they have the right measurements now (after I asked him multiple times whether they want to come and measure again to make 100% sure). 17 February 2017 they arrive to install, and again the glass was cut wrongly! This is now over 3 months after original request to replace one panel on our shower, and still no working shower. And the sad thing is I can't even ask for my money back, as it was only one panel that was quoted for and needed to be replaced at the onset, which now turned into 2 panels to be replaced due to utter incompetence on Shower Planet's side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away from them at all costs if you value your sanity.</p>

This compliment started as a complaint, which turned out to be due to third party disinformation. Shaun went the extra mile and not only finished the necessary work, but did additional work for us in time and of good quality. He also gave us sound advice. It's great to see a service provider respond so efficiently. Well done!
