New alarm not working after 18 months!!
<p>Best Secure installed a substandard alarm system, even when I asked for a different system. After 18 months,the system is still giving DAILY false alarms. Best Secure has no intention of finding and fixing the problem. They are stringing me along.</p>

Damaged furniture and refuses to own up to it.
A team from Morningside Plumbers installed a toilet for me. In the process they damaged a vanity. They refused to take responsibility for it. Mr Solomon is deadset on covering for his team. Do not use them. They are quick to take your money, but don't expect anything after.

Complaint changed to compliment
This compliment started as a complaint, which turned out to be due to third party disinformation. Shaun went the extra mile and not only finished the necessary work, but did additional work for us in time and of good quality. He also gave us sound advice. It's great to see a service provider respond so efficiently. Well done!

Waiting for delivery 4 months after full payment
Shower Planet still hasn't completed their work 4 months after I have paid them in full. Don'y ever use them!! They are a bunch of amateurs.
