I would definitely not recommend Shower Planet. Paid the deposit for the shower door on 25 Jan 2024 and was promised installation on 5 February 2024. I had people moving in on the 8 February 24. It still has not been installed. This non delivery has caused me huge inconvenience and great difficulty. Till today no communication regarding delay. I keep calling and they promise to call back and don't. I still don't know when or if it is going to be installed at all. i have asked them to cancel my order and refund my deposit if they cannot deliver. Have had no response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!
I have been trying all this morning to speak to someone in the credit department. So here is what happens everytime.... dial 808... hold on for anything between 15 to 30 minutes...consultant answers....security check questions asked and I obligingly answer every time....explain the WHOLE story of my problem only to get told....Sorry I cannot help you, you need to speak to the credit department, let me transfer you....and Lo and Behold I get disconnected and have to start all over again. So after wasting 30 to 45 minutes with each attempt, and I had tried about 6 times, I still have not been able to get to speak to the right person to resolve my query. All I need to find out is why, after upgrading my contract, has Mtn changed my credit limit and to get them to restore it to what it was. MTN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOU AND I AM ALREADY LOOKING AT OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER OPTIONS !!!1
