Non Delivery and Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

I would definitely not recommend Shower Planet. Paid the deposit for the shower door on 25 Jan 2024 and was promised installation on 5 February 2024. I had people moving in on the 8 February 24. It still has not been installed. This non delivery has caused me huge inconvenience and great difficulty. Till today no communication regarding delay. I keep calling and they promise to call back and don't. I still don't know when or if it is going to be installed at all. i have asked them to cancel my order and refund my deposit if they cannot deliver. Have had no response.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!
