Simplicity online offered skull candy headphones at a price of R24 a pair. After ordering and paying, I contacted them as I had trouble with the credit card payment but the payment had gone through. <br> <br> Carolyn offered to sort out the problem and she did but then realised that there was a pricing error on the goods. The order was placed and payment had gone through but Simplicity decided to cancel the order as it was a pricing error on their side. Carolyn insisted that it was a crazy price for skull candy but I personally have ordered Skull candy from loot for around R40-R50 a pair on sale. <br> <br> They refused to honour the transaction. I had already purchased and paid, received a receipt and order number. <br> <br> Simplicity should have honoured the transaction and amended the price thereafter. <br> <br> There was no offer of a compromise and they simply insisted on a refund even after I told them that I was really not happy and they should offer some form of a compromise on their part as it was their mistake. <br> <br> I definitely will NEVER order from them nor would I recommend them to anyone.
