These are expensive coffee machines and worth it. But what is not worth it is the service from the staff and the company. The service has always been bad for me. But what made a complain on this platform is my current dilemma. My machines grinder stopped working on the 16 December2025 the machine is 2 years old, there service department is closed so they just tell you will have to bring it in January next year. This is the time we will use the machine most. I have some technical skills and was able to identify the problem but they refuse to sell me the part as a private client. So they are basically saying ***** you, you are not important we can't service your machine and wont sell you the part to fix it. Extremely unprofessional. This machine turned out to be a frustration instead of a pleasure, because of their bad service. Don't buy a machine with this company no matter how exited you are.
We have been waiting for over a year to Vumatel to install a cable they forgot to install in the initial installation process where they dug up they whole neighborhood and we had to be patient for months as the streets were full of holes and mud. But after all these months of patience and waiting still there is no response from Vumatel technical and installation team except that they do not know when they will be able to fit the forgotten cable, the Vumatel Box is on the wall, they delivered the router which is gathering dust in my office cupboard. This is the worst service i have ever come across from a service provider in years One side of the street has vumatel connectivity and our side does not because they somehow forgot to put in the cables, and for more that 12 months they have been unable to simply come and pull in the cables. For a company building a brand and a name that is unacceptable.
