These are expensive coffee machines and worth it. But what is not worth it is the service from the staff and the company. The service has always been bad for me. But what made a complain on this platform is my current dilemma. My machines grinder stopped working on the 16 December2025 the machine is 2 years old, there service department is closed so they just tell you will have to bring it in January next year. This is the time we will use the machine most. I have some technical skills and was able to identify the problem but they refuse to sell me the part as a private client. So they are basically saying ***** you, you are not important we can't service your machine and wont sell you the part to fix it. Extremely unprofessional. This machine turned out to be a frustration instead of a pleasure, because of their bad service. Don't buy a machine with this company no matter how exited you are.

Bought a cool control 1L, started to freeze the milk. Sent to Jura: returned not repaired with a reply to use as is. Bought a new one, now new one not functional either.

I would like to commend the great support received from Phineas Molepo - Senior technician at Jura who helped us with troubleshooting our machine to get it working in no time over the phone. Best support one can ask for from any company.

Just a quick word of thanks to you and your team for always listening, and going that extra mile. Your customer service is exemplary and I really appreciate the fact that you ALWAYS keep your commitments. I collected the machine Saturday morning and made a couple of brews ranging from cortado, Americano, and cappuccino. Machine sounds great, and I can also hear, see and taste that the grinder has been tuned. The success on the repair will only be seen a a month or so when the machine has to be “cleaned”. Once again thanks for your great customer service.

Do not buy a Jura. My first service was an 8 week process, even though we told them we were running a business, with the Xs9 as our coffee machine. The workshop is piled to the rafters with coffee machines. Cost of service then (2018) was close on 5k. Now, it went in again, just over a year and a half. In that time, the machine has made 1408 coffees. We were told to allow 10 working days for a quote.....for an industrial sized machine, for a business. Apparently the grinder had to be replaced at a cost if just under 3k. Yet, a grinder imported from the US was 6k. This raises suspicion. Anyway, I was told that for my temerity of servicing the machine at a company located closer to my business, the fee was higher. Luckily, while the XS9 was being "repaired", I sold it to a coffee shop, who wanted it for spares. The owner said they want to avoid Jura servicing delays. Imagine being without your coffee machine, for a minimum of ten working days, in your business. I bought two Siemens instead. Just don't buy a Jura. There are many other options with better products, better pricing and better service.

Wow, This is the way to run customer services. I sent my coffee machine to be serviced . I dealt with Chris, he was so professional, kept me informed all the way via e -mail and let me know when to collect my machine which took one entire day. When I got my machine back I had to check that is was actually mine, it was spotless and looked brand new. Fantastic from beginning till the end, well done guys .
