After so much much frustration, I would like to say thank you to L Ntuli from Cell for assisting me with recovering my permanently disabled number. She was very professional and did her follow ups with to make sure that I was assisted.
I lost my phone finally I managed to get a new phone and trying to download my Whats App data back into my phone, the horror when I found out that Cell C deactivated my number and no notifications whatsoever. No w Please tell me how can I request my old number because my precious WhatsApp image of my newborn baby are locked because WhatsApp is sending OTPs that I cannot recieve. If you don't want me as a ustoer fine, but can I atleast get my number back to get my data andd then take it, I shall move to another network happily if this is how customers are treated. SOmeone from Cell C please help.
<p>I was subscribed to Times and Sunday Times over a year ago and this month while going through my bank statements I can see that I was charged for teo subscriptions of the same thing. To make matters worse, receiving the paper (Sunday Times) especially has been my biggest problem. I have only received it for less than 10 times, most of the time its either missing or the delivery people had no idea as to where I lived. I emailed subscriptions and Amanda Chetty last week already and still not even a single reply. I also called in two weeks ago to cancel my subscription only to find out they didn't. I called again on the 25th only to be told it wasn't cancelled and it will only be cancelled then. I asked for a reference number and the lady just dropped the phone. I called in today again only to be told, that my subscription is still in existance. I asked for a refund for all the times I have been double charged, I don't really care about the times I haven't received my paper for months at end as yes I was subscribed in at the time. I just don't want to do business with you guys anymore now.</p>
<p>I called in at MiWay and spoke to Miss Tsholofelo and she assisted with changing my details and she was very clear and concise. She also asked about how am I doing and my morning etc. I would like to commend her on this, big Ups Tsholo.</p>
