Your customer service is exemplary and I really appreciate the fact that you ALWAYS keep your commitments.

I collected the machine Saturday morning and made a couple of brews ranging from cortado, Americano, and cappuccino. Machine sounds great, and I can also hear, see and taste that the grinder has been tuned.

The success on the repair will only be seen a a month or so when the machine has to be “cleaned”.
