I was sceptical taking my precious iPad Pro to weFix Brooklyn for a battery replacement, and I was wrong! Excellent service from my first contact via email, the quotation, repair and after sales service. They continually contacted me through various channels such as sms, email and calls. So I was informed throughout the process and the delivered on the committed time. Well done!
I can only say - "Wow"! What a great experience with Integrisure when they assessed and paid out my recent motor claim. The process of logging the claim, the assessment, feedback, and the resultant payout was done fairly and promptly. Many thanks to all of the staff involved that guided me through the process, and kept my nerves at bay! This experience was a 5-star rating, and exceeded my expectations!

Just a quick word of thanks to you and your team for always listening, and going that extra mile. Your customer service is exemplary and I really appreciate the fact that you ALWAYS keep your commitments. I collected the machine Saturday morning and made a couple of brews ranging from cortado, Americano, and cappuccino. Machine sounds great, and I can also hear, see and taste that the grinder has been tuned. The success on the repair will only be seen a a month or so when the machine has to be “cleaned”. Once again thanks for your great customer service.
I am a customer on FedilityADT Securedrive (Amber Connect), and my premium was deducted twice this month. I have tried unsuccessfully at least 2 times a day the past week in getting through to Securedrive customer care without success! I then went onto Amber connect's website where I received information from an agent on who to contact. It was 5 email addresses which included fadtsecuredrive@fidelitysecuredrive.co.za. Up to date and time I have not received even a response that my mail was received and is under investigation. Surely such a response is good business practice and should not take longer than 1 minute. This is the second time that I have to resort to such a review!!!!! FADTSecuredrive - where is your customer service????????
I had solar panels and lithium batteries installed, and recently had some problems with the system not automatically switching over during a power outage. I logged a call with a commitment that they will provide a call number. 2 Days later I followed up again, with another commitment that was not honored. The week thereafter I drove through and spoke to the project manager who made another commitment that was not honored either. I then WhatsApp’d one of the directors at Solar Energy Life. The message was read - but up to now no response. It is now going for week 4 and as of date no message or contact. I wanted to add to the system but with this customer service I doubt that I will use or recommend them
I would strongly advice in NOT installing the Amberconnect tracking device. The device is faulty and do not provide accurate tracking information. I have tried 4 numbers and none of them are answering. I also have sent emails and no response. Is this the way you want to grow your business?
I had to re-create my mail account, and called the support centre at XNeelo. The call centre agent was super helpful, and proficient! I downloaded an app, typed in a couple of paramaters and viola! Back in business. Had my domain with XNeelo for more than 2 years and I will continue using You!
