This may come as a shock to all. I have had the most awesome experience at SARS with a lady by the name of Felicity Randburg Branch. Incredibly helpful and worked with me on their computers. Well done guys
Unfortunately my husband passed away 18months ago. Busi Nyaba at Sanlam Deceased Estates Dept dealt with the winding up of the Estate. Absolutely wonderful person. kept me posted through out the entire winding up- Any questions I had she dealt with immediately.. Fantastic personality, caring and awesome service. I even got phone calls just to check up on me !!! Thank you so much.
Siphiwe at Randridge Mall Branch, you are a super star. Had tremendous trouble sorting out my online banking. Siphiwe met me at the door asked me how he could help me, a frustrating process but his continued efforts, friendly and extremely patient manner sorted me out. During this time as I had to put a lot of info in the computer, he helped another 4 customers and not once did he falter. Not sure why he is at the door issuing out tickets as he is greatly unutilised. Once again Siphiwe you ROCK!!! thanks so much
Unfortunately I had to organise a funeral, I ordered 3 platters from Sandwich Baron online and asked for everything to be delivered by 10.30am. They were absolutely spot on time wise , their open sandwiches fresh and delicious, I also ordered the sausage roll platter...wow that went fast and was asked if there were any eft, After the tea literally about 3 sandwiches was left over and for the number of people I did not order to little. Well Done Sandwich Baron Weltervreden Park you guys rock. Thank you so much
If you have never been to this restaurant before it must go on your to do list, Set at Wits and the old Rand Show Grounds. Feels like you are in the Cape on a wine farm, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful without being pushy . The food is another story ,We were a table of 6 and we all ordered something different. It was truly amazing ,its fine dining quality , with taste and flavours without the hefty prices. Its not a cheap place but money well worth spent from beginning to end, Child friendly if you are seated outside. This place comes highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the awesome day!!!!
Wow, This is the way to run customer services. I sent my coffee machine to be serviced . I dealt with Chris, he was so professional, kept me informed all the way via e -mail and let me know when to collect my machine which took one entire day. When I got my machine back I had to check that is was actually mine, it was spotless and looked brand new. Fantastic from beginning till the end, well done guys .
It has now been six weeks and my fault has not been fixed. The person you get on the other side of the phone are very polite and try and help but they keep telling me the fault will be escalated to no avail, 7 phone calls , 7 online live chats , 1 call back and nothing has been resolved. Come on guys surely this can be fixed.....
Went to Home Affairs on a Tuesday morning to apply for a new passport and ID the same week on the Friday I got a SMS to let me know my documents are ready for collection. 3 days in total veryvimpressive. Thank you
Four of us arrived for a glass of wine and a quick bite but the kitchen was already closed.. On delivering our drinks the manageress came and told us not to worry they would prepare the Mezze Platter we wanted to share no problem. Fabulous attitude from the staff. Good food.. Thanks will definitely be back.
I had trouble doing a death claim on a Deceased Estate. Within 3 days the matter had been dealt with and the monies put into my account. Thank you very much for your quick and professional response dealing with this matter is was greatly appreciated.The files to this claim has now been finally closed
