Worst experience, took our money but no furniture after 6 months….?****
Bought and paid a large deposit for a couch and dining room table in December 2022. After more than 6 months we still haven’t received our order nor is it finished. They also refuse to refund our deposit and claim further funds to finish and ship the items. Horrible experience.

Jura Cool Control
Bought a cool control 1L, started to freeze the milk. Sent to Jura: returned not repaired with a reply to use as is. Bought a new one, now new one not functional either.

Broken Bed during move
Move from George to Bloemfontein done by Eezi Move. During pick up the team dropped and broke a wooden bed in our presence. Despite the value noted to be R28000 and the item now destroyed they DO NOT offer insurance to cover this. Best be moved by companies offering better insurance on your items. Will not make use of their service again.

No stock, false advertising
Most stock on particular items (Spyderco Para 3 Cruwear in my case) are not in stock despite them being advertised. All the stock seems to have to be verified and the reply was that they could also not source it. Furthermore they guarantee the best prices, however this is also not true as most if not all models are considerably cheaper elsewhere (In particular at “The Knife Guy”). Really seems like false advertising to lure clients. Very disappointed.
