Horrible service

I have been handed over for an ABSA account for which I am not the account holder. ABSA consultant confirmed this directly with Nicolas Ngwenya but they still do not believe this. They claim to record all their conversations but cannot use this to support any conversation. They are unwilling to assist in any manner to sort this out. Very rude and unhelpful.
