I visited McDonald’s Sandridge recently 27/09/2025 and ordered a foldover, requesting extra lettuce and no sauce. When I checked the foldover, there was clearly no extra lettuce. I politely asked the staff member at the window to have more lettuce added. Instead of assisting, she responded angrily, insisting there was “enough lettuce,” and then grabbed the foldover from my hand in a very rude manner. Her behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate for interacting with customers. I asked for her name, which I was told is ANATHI. I believe this level of attitude is unacceptable in a customer service environment. I hope that this matter is addressed so that future customers do not have the same negative experience. I purchased the shoes at Zara mall of Africa wore the shoes for like an hour and the my feet toes had blisters, now I want to return them back I’ve been told the shoes have no fault and compared to all the shoes I purchased at Zara is my first time of experiencing such pain. Why should I keep something is uncomfortable and doesn’t have good quality ? I want my refund as the shoe doesn’t meet good quality of standard, I spoke to the guy by the name of Stanley and I couldn’t get any assistance from him and he even hang up the phone in the process of me trying to get the clarity
I have purchased 2 fieldbar cooler box on the 16th of november 2023 which cost me R4578.00 including the personalisation, I made online payment and when i send them an email they said they can't find my order. On the 08 of January i bought dunked wings and they gave dunked crunchy, I returned my order which I used my petrol and when I get in there I found the cashier that assisted me and she was very rude her name is Elizabeth. I told her you gave me the wrong order she said I must go and look for my slip which I did went to the car and look for my slip unfortunately I couldn’t find the slip then when I got back to the restaurant I told her I can’t find my slip then I’ve been standing there waiting for my dunked then after some minutes I told her I need my order then she shaked the bag of food carelessly she said but here is your order which was very rude and embarrassing I couldn’t even get apology or proper treatment but I what she did was to embarrass me in front of people raising her voice as if I was trying to make up stories. I am experiencing a bad service from two mountain which i have been contacting Gabaza the area manager & Zethu Marimana i dont get assistance, i was told my policy lapsed and the send the message to 072 and my cellphone number start with 083, i only find out now when i submitted my claim and told my TWO POLICYY beneficiary has changed which i did not give them the authority to do so, i have no choice than to take this matter up with ombudsman as they have fail me to pay out my policy which i have submitted my claim on the 14 October till today i have no feedback no clear feedback from them. on the 1st i spoke to Gabaza the area Manager and she told she will come back to me after investigation but now shes not picking my calls. I am not happy with they're service IS VERY POOR AND WHEN YOU SEND THEM EMAILS THEY DONT RESPOND" IVE BEEN PAYING FROM 2016. I DID KNOW IT WAS A USELESS INSURE WHERE I HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO BE PAY OUT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THE POLICY WITH THEM
i have submitted my claim and they told it was declined due to the sickness it was not specified which it was a funeral cover my reference number CEA2203627028 and i was the one always calling them on the phone.
I have submitted my claim on the 13th of October until today i have not receive the payment. when i do a follow up i'm being told there's a backlog which it has nothing to do with me as every month my account is been debited and also reminded with sms. Even the burial day came and pass without the funds in my account, I tried contacting the call center the number is not answered.
