Hello,Had a really ****py experience with the staff at cannon cool in New Germany today. Roy who removed a part from my car gave me the wrong part back a few weeks ago, I went there to ask if he still had it. All he went on about is that he ordered the new part which from a R1000 quote goes up to R1800 and as a customer I have the right to say no thanks. But today the receptionist also made a statement about how much running around she did and as she walked through the door to.The workshop she said, such a waste of time. I had my say after being spoken to like that, and suddenly it's because they are busy and under pressure. So a hundred customers like me make a company function so that was a bull**** excuse. Just because I didn't buy a part from them and went to ask for my correct part that came off my car. Anyway enough ranting, good luck to them.
