Utterly disappointed with the service from canon cool. They quoted R25 000 to replace the compressor and condenser on my Mercedes. I went to a second company and they changed one pipe that had developed a bubble for under R2000. It was just a leak.

BE WARNED IF YOU BUY CANNON AND YOU end up NEEDING any SERVICE. PARTSERVE FORCES YOU to BUY PRINT CARTRIDGES AS PART OF it’s SERVICE. This AT It’s OWN PRICE BESIDES, they DO NOT DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE WITH YOU as THE CLIENT instead REFER YOU TO A POPI Act REGULATION Shield. Hello,Had a really ****py experience with the staff at cannon cool in New Germany today. Roy who removed a part from my car gave me the wrong part back a few weeks ago, I went there to ask if he still had it. All he went on about is that he ordered the new part which from a R1000 quote goes up to R1800 and as a customer I have the right to say no thanks. But today the receptionist also made a statement about how much running around she did and as she walked through the door to.The workshop she said, such a waste of time. I had my say after being spoken to like that, and suddenly it's because they are busy and under pressure. So a hundred customers like me make a company function so that was a bull**** excuse. Just because I didn't buy a part from them and went to ask for my correct part that came off my car. Anyway enough ranting, good luck to them.

I was so impressed with there service</p> <p> </p> <p>Contact : (031) ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that they have moved and no longer at 167 Old main road Pinetwin .....but at 2 Shepstone Road .... what ever you do .....do not make make us of Fitment Center Pinetown / Auto Complete ..... they have no idea what they are doing .....</p>
