Would like to comment on the very pleasant experience had with Mr Madimetja Kekana. Not only was he extremely efficient but also had and excellent persona.
I was a bit worried when I struggled to contact them but they were having issues with their telephone lines due to load shedding. I received my silk scarf today. It is so beautifully wrapped that I just can't bring myself to open it as it is a gift for someone turning 50. Guys, I will let you know on the 18 August when the gift is opened, but so far I am very happy customer. Also a little gift was in the parcel for me.
On the 28 February I made an on-line purchase with Game Stores for the amount of R2549,00 for a Samsung A11 phone. On the 8 March I contacted Chevonne Soha (Game - service@game.co.za) to enquire about delivery. I was then advised that there was no stock. Surely it is fraudulent to take monies for an item of which there is no stock. As of todays date, 16 March, I have still not received the phone and have not received a refund despite numerous requests. I am a regular on-line shopper and have yet to experience such poor behavior. If an item is not available the shopper is advised "out of stock" and no monies paid. If I am one South African experiencing this behavior how many more are?
These people are fraudsters, it boggles the mind how they are still operating. I have been caught for R1800! So sorry that I did not visit Hellopeter before ordering.
