I applied for VOIP and it took them 6 months and nagging for nothing to happen. To my surprise, all of a sudden, I get this email to say SUCCESS. But then it starts all over again. What one needs is someone to talk you through your problem. But you can never talk to someone there....you send an email, you get auto reply, then some clown like William Moss, or N Simali, or L Valentine, or L. Gideon or, the worst....The Web Africa Voice Team, respond and refer you to a whole bunch of technical FAQ or website which you have already spent hours trying to go through. These people are useless and don't care about customers.....you are stuffed trying to deal with them. And If you are not hugely tech savvy, you are doubly stuffed. So now I go onto hello peter and I realise I am one of many. Webafrica should be out of business.
On easter monday we went for breakfast and prior to ordering asked waiter janek if entertainer voucher will be accepted... he said yes. On payment he said manager would not accept. On speaking to manager he threw some public holiday story at us and ignored the fact that his waiter had already accepted voucher....then followed with bad attitude. I am a local and have been a regular there since greens opened ....owner should choose a manager that is not that dof to piss off regulars..... besides ...the waiter is effectively legally accepts voucher and manager should be smart enough to support that....we not talking big money her so why give customer uphill of note.
