Sick and tired of waiting now
Hallo<br> <br> I bought a set of A-Line Bullet rims for my Ford Ranger bakkie I paid R6000-00 for this wheels,this is the 6th or 7th set of wheels that i have bought from A-Line wheels in the last 3 years I bought these wheels in November 2014 in December 2014 the studs started to fall out of these wheels<br> <br> I contacted A-Line and after a big argument from A-Line who didn't want to believe me that the studs can fall out,I had to drive all the way to their head office in Selby Johannesburg and show them, so they saw it and said ok they will replace the studs for me which they did, but they also fell out in January month so I had another hefty fight with them they said they will replace the set of rims for me, that was in February month we are in May now and still I don't have a set of wheels for my bakkie<br> <br> I spoke to Malene now who is the manager and after giving me attitude and making it sound like she is actually doing me a favour to replace my wheels that I paid for and I am not happy with,I decided to come report it here because I am sick of empty promises and I am also giving it over to my laywers just to prove them a point and show to them it is time to handle customers with respect

I HAVE A PAINT TECH AUTOBODY WARRANTY WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY,I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CLAIM FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS BUT DONT GET NO SERVICE,THE DAY THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE POLICY EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER BUT NOW THAT I HAVE TO CLAIM THERE IS JUST STORIES,FOR EVERYONE THINKING TO GET THIS POLICY PLEASE RATHER JUST STAY AWAY THEY ARE USELESS
