Extremely bad service and false advertising
Unfortunately nothing is as advertised or as promised. Order was not delivered in 3-5 business days, in fact we still have not received our order. We never once received any communication to update us on the progress of the order like they say. And probably the worst and most frustrating of all is that you don’t get a response when you email to ask about your order. No phone number is provided to contact them telephonically. I’m starting to wonder if we’ve been scammed out of money!!!

Lines cancelled yet still being billed. Pathetic, incompetent service.
Line cancelled in February, form filled in, submitted with all requested suppoerting documentation, acknowledgment email received. Yet to date, we are STILL being billed for the line. I have tried to call, email, contact you via your Facebook and Twitter accounts, all without success. HELLkom!!!!! Its honestly pathetic
