Poor service
They Don't call back when say the will. Still waiting for. My call on Wednesday at 10h00. The quote is more than my current insurer.

Defective products and website
I have purchased a product of Mentholatum S.A. at the end of January 2015, The product is called oxy pads. I use the product on a regular basis as part of routine. The product I purchased in January was dried out upon opening. I attempted to report it on their website, but to no avail. The webpage \bombs"out after filling in the details and submitting. Further I attempted to call them"
