Hi I saw and a post on Facebook (Guru in Event)regarding face masks from Mpho Morudu. I made cotact with and ordered 350 masks totaling R6300. I paid her a deposit of R3150 into her Capitec account. that was on the 27th April 2020. Its been two weeks now and still havent recieved the order. She once told us that she has already started sewing the masks and we went to her place to collect what she has done already but only to find out she hasnt even started yet that was after 4 days fromplacing the order. We have been in contact with her and constantly telling us lies that she will deliver till today we still havent recived the order. My brother tried to talk to her but she blew everything out of proportion. and told us we taking chances we cant do anything. We asked her if she for a refund because she cant deliver the product because the peak time for buying masks is done. I deeply horrified and dissatisfied with the level of service your illiterate consultants have delivered. I have been speaking to different consultants, kept on hold for minutes without biemg assisted. After paying my compact subscription of R400 on the 30th of October I got an error stating that my account is being suspended. I called in explained everything and was reconnected again. On the 3rd of October I upgraded my account to Compact plus and was told that the total amount was going to be billed end of October when my account was in due course. Shockingly a message popped that I need to pay R930. So perplexed, I called in and the consultants are just explaining nonsense and clearly dont understand what's going on. I tried to ask for the someone senior but Sifiso was hesitant to call the manager and told me the the whole floor didn't have someone senior. He kept me holding for more than 10 minutes. Right now a thumb sucked amount of R930 is due on my account which they can't explain. Its ridiculous to upgrade from compact to compact + and be charged double the amount. I'm going to take this matter further till its sorted. I'm so frustrated and have reached the end of my tether will the the poor service dstv has given.
