COJ avoiding refunding of money paid
I have been requesting a refund, from RegionC, for funds that i accidentally transferred to my COJ account. I have so far emailed them 5 times with the documents that they are requesting, and every time they respond asking for yet another document, and then they require that i get the document stamped by the bank or certified. In their last email correspondence, they requested my transfer documents, as i am in the process of selling my property, which as far as i am concerned, should not have any impact at all on them giving me my money back. It is beyond ridiculous. They seem to be doing anything they can to avoid paying me back my money, by requesting different things. I have already taken a great deal of my personal time getting the documents stamped that they have already requested.
