TOTALLY FRAUDULENT institution!

Having ordered and paid for (R 15,820) a 7.2Kw battery as advertised on their Websites front page on th 9th of March 2022, it was virtually impossible to get hold of anyone telephonically on 079 103 0852 or via email: info@whssolargroup.co.za to query my order. Only after opening a case of theft at the Barberton Police station, Case No: CAS 250/3/2022 did they respond. 9 days later I was sent SECOND HAND a battery of only 3.5Kw which was completely damaged and unusable. This company is a TOTALLY FRAUDULENT institution! I will be taking this matter further as they refuse to refund me!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
