So TIRED of 2nd grade Service and having to argue about what is duly advertised !!.... I am talking about principles here ! Bottom-line, Woolworths offers a special and : • The “special” was printed out and taken with ( and a “screenshot” copy) was given to my wife when she went to Woolworths • She was refused the special/pricing as the voucher DID NOT have a Bar Code on …….THERE was no BAR CODE !! ( see attached ) • 45 minutes wasted in the store trying to arrange a meal – TOTAL FRUSTRATION due to a system / programming error as verified by their HELPLINE in my conversation on 14/15 September ! • Further to this – on our next visit to the same Woolworths, we took advantage to buy some meat sosaties ( Buy two and get 20% off ) …ONLY to get home to see that the discount was never implemented ! I am not wanting anything for free……I am stating and requesting what is duly offered and advertised.
Shocking food- bring back the "old" Rossa. The pizza's we received on Friday 28th March were an actual disgrace, totally ********** in regard to content, size and price . We will definitely not be back .....even after hearing that Rossa food and service has gone down, we decided to try it.....only to confirm that the comments we heard were in fact correct. ! Good food, good service at a reasonable price is not negotiable ....and you will always attract more customers - this going to be Rossa's downfall !! Won't be surprised if Rossa is not around in the near future !!
