I can't believe that this company is managing our Provident Fund. They are unprofessional and make excuses for their bad service. Every time you phone to ask for an update on a claim they say "we have not received a email" this is a poor excuse, then we you ask for Supervisor's contract details the give you the automated: marketingenqueries@mibfa.co.za and tell you that a Supervisor will make contact with you. If they can't handle a simple request then I shudder to think how they are managing our funds
