Unprofessional Messages
Shocking attorneys and should be struck off the attorneys role. Received this message today from them: COURT ACTION will be taken as promised on DR I. BOTHA debt and will NOT be placed on hold unless you email PROOF OF R1000.00 payment to: adele@meynhardtinc.co.za by 30 MAY. Court action will include: DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND WARRANT OF EXECUTION TO REMOVE YOUR FURNITURE should you continue with non payment. MEYNHARDT ATTORNEYS Love the way the use capitals thinking that will scare someone, super professional to say the least. My grandkids even know that writing in capitals is unprofessional.

Debit order taken off on paid up account
My loan was settled in full on the 24th December 2015 via debit order, however on the 29th December 2015, you still took the premium of R1335.10 off my account? How does this happen? Surely an early settlement debit order should over right any additional debit orders?<br> <br> Please rectify and refund the debit order ASAP.<br> <br> I await your urgent response.
