Nightmare on the R300 in CT in peak hour traffic.
We bought a car on 31 January and we hung around most of the day. We paid cash and we drove it out, and we got peak hour traffic and the car cut out on the R300. The worse place to be stranded with a car that was not roadworthy enough to get us just home. I was at the fork to Somerset West or the N2 to Cape Town and had yo get back onto the R300 and look where my husband was. Then the problem to get a tow truck and the sales Agent couldn't even do that for us. We finally got the car back to Richmond branch and was told our money and the yow truck money will be paid back yo us in 72 hours. It's now 10 days and we still have NOT been refunded. Phoned customer car and all they say is I have sent the branch a message to contact you. Why does the branch not have a direct number ? You got paid and now you need to pay us back as quickly as we paid you. You should change the name yo we buy s**** and sell it to you.

Read Motivational letter from my Specialist, Botox in the bladder NOT COSMETIC
My Urologist decided to do a procedure to strengthen my bladder, by using Botox. Sent threw his motivational letter, and I understand that Cosmetic Botox is not accepted by Medical Aid. This is my bladder and this procedure will give me my dignity back and they declined it. Why must I live like this and hope that a chemical tablet will help me ? We allot for Medical Aid and when needed the help I need is declined. Read the motivation letter, Botox in the bladder.

Bad service from Cara Camp
Took our oldest caravan for a service and a new roof skirt at Cara Camp Helderberg. They where suppose to do a quote and get our approval on it, which they never did. Took 2 months to get it back and we just had to pay the 18K. We went away for a week and today it poured with rain. The skirt is wet right threw and water is dripping in the inside. This should not happen and we now worried about wood rot. The skirt pulled so tight that I can see light threw the stitching. And to open the front and back flaps I have to loosen the roof brackets. Those brackets are going to damage the skirt in time. Bad job all round.

FNB Legal Department Pathetic can't get needed help.
My credit card was ****** and I stopped it immediately. There was an amount that they said we must pay and we even went to court , and the Judge settled on an amount and we made an arrangement to pay it off. We did and it was paid in full. Then we started getting phone calls and harassed from so many Dedt collectors, the amount they claim we still owe is more than triple what we paid. We send them all the proof of payment and for months hear nothing from them. Then another lot phone and I have emailed the Bank Legal Department and the reply is someone will be in touch. No one ever git back to me, and today we went to the Bank and not even the Bank Manger can not be asked to help us. We sat in a room on a phone to the Legal Department and when someone finally answered, we gave her the ID number and she put the phone down. We waisted over a hour and got no where. What dies a Bank Manager do, if he can't look into this major issue we have ?
