Pathetic Service
NO after sale service. We have been trying to get service from them since 4 June 2022, nobody bothers to care about customer service, WHY WOULD THEY? THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Don't let them make you believe otherwise, we can proof the contrary.

Seriously pathetic customer service
I was promised yesterday afternoon again that my delivery will be here VERY early, after 4 lies about delivery from Simeon, still nothing. This company is seriously disrespecting us as customers. NO call from any director yet as promised. Sharon is the only one that are prepared to listen, we'll done.

Pathetic Customer Service
Simeon from sales is brutally dishonest regarding stock availability and delivery commitments, it's now 5 days later with 4 promises made and not honored after they have been paid. I was told after complaining that a director will call me, needless to say that didn't happen. The culture of Sandpit is one of disrespecting you as the customer.
