The bonuses are a ****. You deposit money and expect to have your bonus balance and main balance but they only credit your bonus balance. I thought it was an error but I am still waiting on my actual deposit to reflect.
Customer service takes up to 24 hrs to reply or not at all.
I have to bring to your attention the poor quality that I have experienced while using the Zodiac Bluetooth pods. I bought them last October in 2023, and everything went well for the first three months. However, the decline in sound quality and battery life made listening to music more of a c**** that needed to be scheduled with a start and end time. I used the Volkano Scorpio series before, and it lasted a whole 3+ years before I had to get replacements. Unfortunately, the replacements didn't live up to the same standard. Now, it's April, and the Zodiac pods are worthless. I guess that's what you get for the price. Needless to say, I don't think I would recommend your products, maybe for affordability, but not for performance or durability. I highly doubt it. *Sent as an email 6 days ago and no reply.
Anyone opting for their service should explore other options in their area. Constant network issues persist. They never resolve problems, and even when they confirm they have, the issue remains. There's nothing wrong with offering a product aimed at a lower LSM, but it should at least be functional. Additionally, customer service representatives should be trained on how to resolve these technical issues.
