Good luck dealing with GSW

Buy a printer from this company at your own peril. Once you buy a printer from them the excuses for bad service will start. I have battled to get inks from them that are not expiring, I had to eventually start importing myself. They will charge you for just sneezing in their general direction. The MD Franko has all my correspondence but still seems incapable of helping, I have no idea how this company is still in business.
