HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A ****
When you first join, everything seems normal and legit but as time goes and you have made the payment he doesnt not communicate or send the cleaners over. AVOID, AVOID, save your money and trouble of trying to follow up for cleaners who are never sent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

No help unblocking a profile, they make you hold and hang up on you
They are the worst, they dont answer the messages, when you make a phone call, they make you hold forever and hangup on you. My sister's profile is blocked and 2 months of her money she can't access it. trash trash trash

Bad Attitude with regards to exchange
My Sister had a party for her 2 kids on the 29th of Dec 2015. the family decided to contribute money and buy her 8 twin tub washing machine on the 28th of Dec 2015 from the contributed money. when the gift was presented to her she decided to go to the shop the following day to exchange with a bigger machine. they were about to close but she still went in and spoke to this other lady there who told her they wont exchange it and she was given the sales person details, she called him and he had very bad attitude and told her they wont exchange it. she handed his numbers to me and he had attitude to me as well telling me she should have returned it the following day and I told him that was the day of the party and I asked for the manager who spoke nicely to me and promised to come back to me after speaking to the regional manager, till today I'm still waiting for that call and from the 4th of JAN 2016. I will never buy from that store and will advise my family not to ever again.
