Good day, Order: ********** I must say I am very disappointed with your service. On Friday, before placing an order for Flowers to be delivered in Durban, I called SA Florist at about 12:30 to find out if they can deliver the flowers on the same day, Ronelle from SA Florist confirmed that the delivery will be made before 16:30 to Durban. At about 16:00, I called again for track the order only to find out that the driver decided not to go make the delivery. I had to call the driver and he lied to me saying the recipient already left work. And when I checked the person that was supposed to receive the flowers was already in the office, she knocked off at 17:00. What I find shocking was that the driver personally called the recipient after business hours and spoiling the surprise and telling her that about the deliver that was supposed to be delivered at work. The driver made the arrangement with the recipient to deliver the flowers on Saturday at her home (This was not part of the arrangement). Now today its Tuesday and the person in Durban still has not received the flowers. I am so disappointed with service. Regards, Tebogo Mashigo
